I’ll take the time to ensure your 12-week programme is:
Thoughtfully tailored to suit your personal fitness goals and aspirations.
Comprehensive in scope, integrating all of your physical activities, whether it's gym sessions, classes, walks, runs, or home-based workouts.
Designed to suit your individual stage in life, considering factors such as age, exercise background, past injuries and any prevailing health concerns.
Carefully customised to accommodate all of the complexities in your daily life, including family responsibilities, social life, work commitments, stress levels, energy levels, time constraints and sleep patterns.
Your 12-week programme will include:
1 hour initial consultation on Zoom to delve into your goals and gather all of the information I need to create your plan.
12-week training plan, completely personalised and broken down into manageable steps.
30 minute Zoom call to go through your training plan in detail and ensure everything is manageable.
2 further 1 hour Zoom sessions (1 every 4 weeks). We’ll go through your workouts, discuss your schedule and anything else related to your fitness journey.
Weekly check-ins on WhatsApp messenger to discuss your progress, address any challenges you may be facing and offer you personalised advice to keep you on track with your fitness journey.
Updates when required, whether your goals shift or your circumstances change, I can adjust your workout routines, modify intensity levels, or explore new approaches. Flexibility is key to achieving long-term success, and I’m committed to ensuring that your plan evolves along with you.

It’s just £275 for your complete 12-week programme, with a start date to be agreed by both of us. This a completely personalised programme, and not a one-size fits all approach!
