Need some targeted advice and training?  We offer one-to-one or small group fitness training at home, in the park or online. Some of our services include:

  • Female specific coaching: Pregnancy, postnatal, perimenopause and beyond.

  • Adventure trip training programs: Skiing, trekking, climbing, hiking and more.

  • Run specific training: Gait anaylsis and race training plans.

  • Functional fitness: Exercises that mimic everyday movements to improve balance, co-ordination and proprioception.

  • Strength training: Building muscle strength and endurance with free weights and bodyweight exercises.

  • Flexibility and mobility: Increasing range of movement for injury prevention, better form and posture.

  • Cardiovascular fitness: Running, powerwalking, boxing and HIIT exercises to get your heart pumping.

We have a wide range of kit to including boxing gloves, TRX suspension training systems, ViPRs, medicine balls and kettlebells.

We also run a 12 Week Online Coaching Programme if you’re interested in health and fitness coaching and accountability online.
