Our Saturday morning Blast Class this week is with trained physio, Philippa. She'll be focusing on getting your gluteal muscles (your backside) fired up & activated.
Strong glutes help prevent you getting injured & can really help improve your running, cycling, swimming or skiing. You look better in jeans too!
Philippa will also be including some great ab moves, to really get your whole core area switched on.
