This was originally set up as a place to save some of our recorded Zoom classes during lock-down. We're now going to also include all of the things we often don't get time to go through during our classes. There will be a different focus each week.
This week will be all about "engaging your core", and how simply "pulling your navel back to your spine" isn't actually doing the job you need it to, and could even cause you some problems.
We'll teach you how to invite all of your core muscles to the party. This will help to improve overall core strength, reduce back problems and is especially relevant to new (and not so new) mums.
